Sorted Water Solutions was tasked to design two water treatment plants which would go inline of a water source and water storage. It was conseptulised that the treatment process would be house in standard containers. 

Sorted Water Solutions was responsible for

• Detailed pipework drawings
• Detailed electrical containment and layout drawings
• Liaison with electrical contractor
• General design oversight of services around the container on site.
• Design of backwash settling tanks

The container design was developed from a performance specification to full construction drawings within a matter of weeks. The complete detail allowed for easy of construction and for the end client to understand the final product prior to commencing fabrication.

Provided with a process design and equipment sections the development to detail design for construction of mechanical pipework, equipment and electrical layout was provided by Sorted Water Solutions. The construction timeline was very tight with the design time of only a number of weeks. Because of the detailed nature of the drawing the manufacture was almost seamless and able to be completed in a matter of weeks.
